Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Handling:

Depending on the workload USPS shipping schedules, all wholesale orders placed by 1PM Noon PST are generally shipped from our warehouse on the same business day. There are no guarantees. Orders that do not make it out on the same day will be shipped out on the next business day. Future Wireless Electronics, Inc. ships all orders via USPS by the delivery method of your choice. Delivery options are present at time of checkout. Shipping charges are based on the shipping method selected and the size and weight of the package. Please note that Future Wireless Electronics, Inc. does not markup shipping charges.

Please note that due to the fact that shipping charges are based on size and weight, shipping charges will be added and processed after the order is placed and processed.

COD Orders: Future Wireless Electronics, Inc. offers COD by money order or cashier’s check as a form of payment. Please note that a $10.00 COD charge will be implied in addition to the shipping charge. This is a fee imposed by UPS for their check collection services.

USPS Shipping Options:

USPS Ground: 5 business days from the time of shipping if outside east coast.
USPS Express: 2 business days from the time of shipping
USPS Priority: 3 business days from the time of shipping

Please note that Future Wireless Electronics, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays once the order leaves our warehouse. Orders that are returned or rejected are subject to re-shipping charges in addition to the initial shipping cost. Returned packages that are not re-shipped will be subject to a 30% restocking fee on the entire order.

Returns & Exchanges:

Future Wireless Electronics, Inc. does not offer any return or exchange policies for any non-defective merchandise, merchandise ordered in error or quantities of merchandise ordered in error. We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for any of the above reasons.

We encourage you to double check the items and the quantities on your order before submitting them to us. For our retail purchasers, we do not have any minimum quantity requirements so there is no pressure on you to order more then you need. If you feel that we made an error with the merchandise or quantities received then you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can investigate your claim.

Future Wireless Electronics, Inc. will accept all manufacturer defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in their original packaging and condition. All items that are sent back as defective are inspected by our RMA department before any credits are issued.

Any credits issued by Future Wireless Electronics, Inc. are given in the form of a store credit to be used towards future orders. Future Wireless Electronics, Inc. does not issue cash or credit card refunds.
